HIDE FEST

Halloween is going to look a little different in Haslett this year!

Join us October 31st for HIDE Fest, a FREE, all-day celebration of independent film, live music, and Halloween at Lake Lansing Park South and the Mayfair Bar!

Starting at 11AM, Lake Lansing Park South will come alive with seven bands performing everything from folk and emo to punk and metal. Bring the family for free trick-or-treating, enter our costume contest for a chance to win a cash prize, and enjoy refreshments without breaking the bank, including $2 water and snacks!

Just across the street, the Mayfair Bar will be screening independent films from noon until 10PM, showcasing work from filmmakers right here in Michigan and across the globe. The evening will wrap up with a special screening of the locally produced feature film Small Business.

And we’re doing it all for a good cause!

Festival profits will be donated toward repairing storm damage at Lake Lansing Park South. Thanks to the support of Ingham County Parks, parking fees are also being waived for the event!

We’re hoping HIDE Fest becomes a new Halloween tradition for the Greater Lansing area, one that celebrates creativity, supports independent artists, and gives something back to our community.

Come for the music, stay for the movies, bring the kids, and help us make the first HIDE Fest something special!

Selected films will play at Mayfair Bar, with live music, art displays, and free trick or treating across the street at Lake Lansing Park South.
